MINUTES
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT FUND
OCTOBER 18, 2010
A REGULAR MEETING of the Board of Trustees of the City Employees Retirement Fund was held on Monday, October 18, 2010, in the City Hall Auditorium.
Those in attendance included Mayor Ryan J. Bingham, Treasurer Arthur Mattiello, members of the Board of Trustees of the City Employees Retirement Fund Elinor Carbone, Drake Waldron, Paul Samele, Marie Soliani, Gregg Cogswell, Delisse Locher, Nancy Michna, Gail Gillette and David Kissko.
Mayor Bingham called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
MINUTES
On a motion by Councilor Waldron, seconded by Councilor Soliani, the Board voted unanimously to accept the minutes of the regular meeting held on August 16, 2010.
PENSION COMPUTATION: G. Maguda
On a motion by Mrs. Locher, seconded by Mr. Kissko, the Board voted unanimously to table the pension computation for Gerri Maguda, Senior Clerk Typist/Court Liaison for the City of Torrington Police Department, having completed 17 years of service with the City of Torrington, effective December 25, 2010.
BUSINESS
On a motion by Councilor Waldron, seconded by Councilor Soliani, the Board voted unanimously to consider business from the Board of Trustees. No business was presented.
ADJOURNMENT
On a motion by Councilor Soliani, seconded by Councilor Samele, the Board voted unanimously to adjourn at 6:31 p.m.
